Located in the heart of Auckland, this 273-unit residential and retail block was designed by Leuschke Group Architects for the development company Conrad Group.

Monkeytoe’s brief called for elements to be powdercoated so that roof access blended in with the colour scheme of the exterior. A foldaway access platform was equally discreet, and could be hidden from view when on the upper balconies. Small stairs and removal ladders supported by ladder brackets were a customised solution for difficult access points.
