Situated on a 10ha site near Auckland Airport, this is one of the largest and most prestigious manufacturing facilities in the region. The construction involves 50,000sqm of manufacturing, storage and distribution area, over 3500sqm of office and ancillary rooms, and 17,000sqm of car park and yard area.

Construction was managed by Haydn & Rollett, who worked closely with Sistema from the beginning. Such a project could not be compromised on quality, which is why Monkeytoe products were used to provide access to the vast roof and its plant items.

The project includes access to the roof via caged ladders and hatches, along with platforms and walkways to give mounting and service access to air-handling units. Some units are mounted on the platforms and others on Monkeytoe condenser mounts.
