For the hundreds of personnel that work onsite and around the plant, safety is at a premium, so the Monkeytoe roof edge protection system was superior over the use of safety lines & anchors which require yearly re-certification and trained personal to access the given zones. Customized ladders were also installed to ensure that access to remote and challenging zones was achieved efficiently and safely.  Aluminum construction also meant minimal liting/craning was required onsite, therefore reducing plant disruption.
