When you have crates of potatoes or onions stacked metres high, and you need to be able to inspect them easily, the only practical solution is a gantry or suspended walkway. Monkeytoe was contracted to provide a 100m-long suspended walkway enabling Balle Brothers to safely survey their product in the warehouse. This was no mean feat, as the building did not have the usual structure to support such a system.

Monkeytoe had to provide an innovative solution that would meet all safety standards. The walkway was redesigned to ensure all load was brought back to the apex of the building. With our years of experience we were able to provide a durable, compliant and cost-effective design that is lightweight yet strong. We were also able to carry the walkway project right through from concept to final PS4 sign-off.
