Stride Property has developed of a multi-stage shopping complex in Auckland’s north-western suburb of Massey. The new NorthWest centre, forming part of the Westgate town centre, serves around 475,000 people living within a 15-minute drive.

The large facility required a range of Monkeytoe products to access different roof heights and various plant units. Working with Fletcher Construction, we were able to provide a wide range of solutions, including short ladders over parapets, larger caged ladders up the building, Fibreglass-Reinforced Plastic walkways and platforms. A key part in maintaining safety on roofs are at height transitions between different roofs. We ensure handrails begin well before the edge and size ladder cages to keep users safe.

The photographs also show a variety our roof protection and roof mountings, a system which has made us market leaders in roof protection. Designed in close consultation with roofing consultants and manufacturers in New Zealand, our mounting clips are strictly designed and installed to maintain roofing warranties.
