Located at 56–64 Cashel Street, this is part of Christchurch’s central city rebuild. The PWC Centre occupies a pivotal gateway position in the city and is only a few blocks from the planned Justice and Health precincts and the Christchurch City Council.

The platform and unique screening system were specified by Warren and Mahoney Architects, with construction delivered by Armitage Williams.

Large platforms provide an easy access location for the many large air-handling units. Handrails and wall systems provide height safety, while the large pergola-like structure supports the soundproofing system. Gutter guards help prevent blocked gutters, while the accompanying walkway provides access and service points.
