The airport management require service personnel to be able to safely to cross the roof without damage to the roof.
As this is a fast-growing airport, it is likely to undergo major alterations in the near future, therefore they chose to run with the skywalk walkway, a more cost-effective option than the aluminium walkway. Either way, the good news is that both these walkways can be unbolted and shifted if required.
