With Sustainability at the heart of this project, Marian College’s new premise is a Warehouse previously housing the Foodstuffs distribution center in Papanui after their school was lost to the Christchurch Earthquake.
Armitage Williams were the main contractors on this $25m development, due to open in 2023.
Monkeytoe were brought on to supply a 24x5m XBeam platform, which was built on the ground prior to the Crane Lift, which was meticulously planned by our Project Managers and the Construction team onsite.
